NMR spectroscopy is essential for all fields of experimental chemistry. Lehigh's Chemistry Department has two NMR spectrometers which together provide our researchers the ability to perform nearly any NMR experiment.
The 400 MHz NMR is equipped to collect data on liquid and solid samples using almost any NMR-active nuclei.
The 500 MHz NMR has a triple-resonance cryoprobe which provides exceptional signal-to-noise spectra.
This instrument readily provides 2D spectra like the HSQC spectrum of a Caveolin construct from the Glover Lab, shown below.
